As a busy stay-at-home mom and renter, I wasn’t expecting much—just a basic cut. But James with Chapman Curb Appeal went above and beyond. He came out same day (within just a few hours!), was super professional, easy to communicate with, and incredibly respectful. We worked out a quick solution to fit my budget — which was totally fine by me and helped keep costs down. (I wasn’t expecting the works) 😉It was so helpful to have someone who was willing to work with me! Our yard is far from perfect — we’ve got a mix of crabgrass, dandelions, and all kinds of things going on — but for a good quick mow and cleanup, he did great! The before and after was impressive, and it really made the yard look so much better. And he did it all on a hot, humid Texas afternoon. I was able to pay through Zelle, which made things super easy (because let’s be real, who carries cash anymore?).
